Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are easy at Electric Frenchie. Return your item for store credit or a size/color exchange & receive a free return shipping label. All other returns are subject to $7.95 shipping label fee. Shipping label will be emailed upon approved RMA. If you choose to return an item with your own shipping label, we recommend purchasing delivery confirmation/tracking/insurance. Items lost during return transit aren’t eligible for refund.

Email orders@electricfrenchie.com with your order number and the reason you would like to return your item. We'll offer a ready-to-print shipping label. If you choose to use our label, your refund will be deducted by $7.95 when refund is processed. Also, you get a free return shipping label if you return your item for store credit.


Return must be received within 30 day time frame from shipment. You'll receive notification of shipment, use this email as your first day to determine return eligibility.  Also, item must be received smoke-free, in unused/unworn original condition. Electric Frenchie reserves the right to refuse a return that doesn't meet this requirements.


You have 30 days from the original shipment. Check your shipment email to confirm your order is eligible for return.


Purchase the item you are replacing your return-item with. In the notes section include your original order number. You will receive a return shipping label for the item coming back and your new item will be sent out immediately. Once your return item is received, you will receive a confirmation of your refund.


Any sale item that is more than 30% off retail price is ineligible. Also swimwear, earrings, hair accessories and hats. All Pre-Order items are not eligible for return. Make sure you order the quantity and size you need.

 


Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Customers will be notified by email once their return has been processed. Refunds are processed back onto original form of payment or store credit when applicable.


If you request store credit for a free return shipping label you will get a store gift card that never expires. If you receive a gift and wish to return it within 30 days, you are responsible for return shipping and will receive store credit. Call us to find out if you are within your allotted time frame before sending back a gift return for store credit. Also, any special request items that are provided are not eligible for refund. These items can be returned for store credit only.

 


Special order items are either items we do not stock and are marked as such. Or they are size requests that we are able to fulfill. For instance, if we carry a top in sizes S-LG but you want an XS, if we are able to special order one unit from the designer, it won't be returnable for a refund but we will grant store credit if it doesn't work out and you want to send it back to us.

 


All orders placed within November 25 and December 25 are given additional time for return processing. Orders placed within this time frame are given 45 days from original shipment for return.
