Delivery varies by shipping service selected. Most shipments leave the warehouse within 1-2 days and arrive within 3-5 business days.

Your item is carefully steamed then wrapped in tissue paper and packaged to be shipped. Orders are shipped within 1 business day in most cases unless item is a special request item or pre-order. Same day shipment guaranteed for express orders placed before 3pm Central US time.  

If you create a customer account, your invoice is kept in your order history. Also, you will be emailed a copy of your order and a notification when your item(s) ship.
